One word of warning is the roads in campsite are a bit rough and uneven so drive carefully, especially if you have a lower car. There’s an entrance charge. Expectations were not met. Me and my family live here in Germany, so only few hours drive and we are here!

One down fall is the mobile signal, But what do you expect when we are in the middle of the Forest. But I tried and enjoyed trying. A bargain for such a fantastic pool. Luckily we’d taken our own towels too as there were only two smallish bath towels provided. Sheets etc + towels. Cabins were well kept and had nice decking to enjoy the views. We booked with Eurocamp and have always found the accommodation fine and the staff friendly. Restaurant just for breakfast There were lots of families there and our kids enjoyed themselves on the various courts for football, badminton and table tennis and the well-stocked games cupboard at Eurocamp. If you want somewhere quiet, without lots of facilities (nothing really for children) and don’t mind a hilly site, it’s fine. The Lido next door was excellent in the hot weather and not too overrun.
