It feels bad to cast scorch in the Combust window for the Hot Streak proc (even with rune and combust up, outside of the 30% burn window from searing touch scorch feels like a wet noodle), I thought maybe bringing back and changing Cinderstorm, make it baseline as an instant cast with 2 charges on its 9s CD, fix the pathing of the embers so its a direct/fixed hit (i hated that you had to be in the perfect spot with each cast get all the embers hit) and make the embers converge at your targeted mobs location instead of midway in the spells pathing so all the ember hit your targeted mob.
