The Dragon Lords attack Midtown after getting word that Morbius was there; they are there to kill the night-beast in revenge for their fallen brethren at FEAST. Two months after Yuri disappears and Halloween is among New York; Miles is preparing going on a date with Gwen in a few days, as he is inviting her to Midtown's Halloween party.
An arrest warrant is placed on Kingsley and Kingsley loses his position as a politician; he becomes one of the world's most wanted and Spider-Man ensures DeWolffe that he will keep an eye out for Hobgoblin if and when he comes back to New York. MJ, along with Robbie, her boss at the Bugle, are discussing how Ryker's has apparently come to the conclusion that Eddie Brock and Cletus Kasady are both too dangerous to stay in Ryker's, so they transfer the two to Ravencroft, where they will still share a cell, while both being treated by Dr. Kafka (the same doctor who cured Harry of his genetic disease).
Yuri emphasizes how much she hates criminals; crime is the one that took her family away from her. It has been a year since the Silver Lining DLC; Peter is now working at Empire State University as a professor's assistant; that professor known as Dr. Curt Connors, his old professor when he was a college student. Eddie must have been contacted by the tiny drop.
Norman finds out about Kraven and is even angrier. Peter says he has to make this right with Eddie, but people are going to die because of him; his spider sense does not register Eddie due to his abusive relationship with the symbiote. Spider-Man and the Wraith become partners again just like the old days of "Spider-Cop and Yuri". Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid return the supplies only to find out that the Dragon Lords have taken the homeless hostage after finding Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid stole all the supplies back; Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid work together on saving the hostages, but what is a hostage situation turns into a bloody nightmare when a living vampire known as the Morbius sucks the blood and kills both the Dragon Lords and some homeless. The Bugle fires Eddie and MJ is disappointed in Eddie; Eddie has lost his job and blames it on Spider-Man, who he very much hates now since Spider-Man causes him to lose his job.
The symbiote is in full control of Harry and Peter has to face down his worst demon again; Miles offers to help, but Peter ensures him that he has got this.
Some citizens support this, some do not, but the city still loves Spider-Man. Spider-Man and the Wraith successfully use the lights and the darts to revert Morbius back to Michaels. Spider-Man also finds the White Dragon's connections to Yuri; the White Dragon and Yuri dated at one point in high school, but the White Dragon sought to defame the already broken reputation of the Watanabe family. Jameson informs the city of the City Hall meeting where Jameson, as Mayor, will formally present himself and talk to the City Council about the Roderick Kingsley crisis. Peter rescues the hostages he captured and goes to the nearby church to get it off with the bell. Spider-Man is confused as to why his spider sense did not go off. Spider-Man uses the old Connors lab to begin making the antidote to cure Harry; Spider-Man calls on the helping hand of Dr. Michaels, who used to work for Norman and knows everything about his research. Spider-Man just manages to web Kasady's knife away, but Kasady is about to hit the switch to blow up the care home until Venom comes in and angrily tackles Kasady. He is running against Roderick Kingsley (Hobgoblin for all my comic readers out there lol).
Peter asks why Warren even did that and Warren just answers, "I wanted to make sure it could do that."
The Dragon Lords and Rivals are now teaming up to take down the already weak Rolling 50s. Spider-Man, so eager to find out why Kraven is after him, begins going after militia and interrogating them (violently because of the symbiote).
During the breakfast with Harry, Peter mentions the Roderick Kingsley situation; Harry does not know whether or not there is still Globulin Green out there for Kingsley to come in contact with. Spider-Man continues chasing Venom, but loses him. All of the "dead" from FEAST and Midtown are now alive and well all thanks to Spider-Man, Wraith, Black Cat, and Kid Arachnid. Yuri did not like that and wants revenge.
Venom tells Peter that if he wants to save Mary Jane and if he truly cares about her, then come to the One World Trade Center. Kid Arachnid and the Wraith come to Spider-Man, with Spider-Man shocked that Yuri came back; Yuri knows how to stop Morbius; with fear gas, Mysterio illusions, and extreme light. Ravencroft then announces to the city that the city will be funding a cure for Michaels soon.
