As for raid, guild raid bosses are on the way, and it looks great! there arnt your typical instanced dungeons where you have a linear progression through some sort of narrative with trash and then bosses, there are closed off instances filled with super high level mobs designed for groups of 5 players to grind on, but it isnt just your typical grind, think of it like diablo 3s greater rifts, where you have to group mobs efficently and rotate buffs and elixirs with your party to stay alive.
